At Cupid Casa, we want to make this easier for you to present and list your home yourself to potential buyers and do it yourself. It's not necessary to go to great lengths, hire photographers etc..(unless you want to of course) to list your home as our solution is designed to provide you a simple, meaningful yet valuable service to presenting your home to buyers the easy way. On Cupid Casa it is perfectly fine to snap the important pictures with a cellphone, write up a good description and that's it however we do recommend the following when taking pictures and describing your home, property and all the features to love!

1. Landscape, Clean yard and Cut Grass
Now you don’t have to be extravagant, install a fountain or even hire a professional. You just need to tidy up and make sure things look neat, clean and presentable. Go outside on a nice day and take a picture or two with your cell phone in horizontal format providing a good view for potential buyers to see. Brighter the better!
Do more if you like: Mow the lawn, trim your bushes and buy a few bags of mulch to pour in the flower beds to tie things together. In real estate sales, first impressions count. This is one of the simple improvements that will increase home value. It's up to you what you do but again, we help you keep it simple to list your home yourself!

2. Remove some clutter and stuff laying around before you take photos to upload to Cupid Casa
Clean up some clutter (de-clutter), tidy up, arrange the room to look clean and neat and snap the shot in daylight with plenty of natural light coming in.
Professional photos are not necessary on Cupid Casa. Cell phone pictures will do just fine!

3. Take advantage of good lighting for your inside photos

A bright, cheery home is more inviting to buyers. Let the sunlight in if you can. Make sure all of the curtains are drawn, and lights remain on when snapping those photos.
Small things like lighting can make your photos better even from your cellphone before you upload them to your Cupid Casa listing.

4. Share the details! Don't be shy!
Again, we do not want you to stress over your write up. Keep it to the point and explain the many great features of your home like how many bedrooms, bathrooms, any renovations or enhancements made, upgrades, cool features and more.

5. Last but not least.. the price!

Look over some home sales in your.. what have they sold for and what do you have less or more of. Then, set your price that would consider selling it for!
For example: if homes in your area on average go for $450,000 and you would consider moving for $490,000 then price it at that. Ask what you want to make you consider moving and let the buyers connect with you.
